Clients should also provide exist area for emergency exists just in case if there is a fire going on or some kind of an emergency which has taken part on the site, so it can be easy fo r all the employers to get out of the construction site. A client must assign information at all times about what is happening in the construction site and about how stuff are going on the location. The main contractor must: †¢ Main contractor must plan, manage and monitor their work and the workers †¢ Main contractor must coach and train their own employees so they know what they are doing †¢ Main contractor should provide information to their workers †¢ Main contractor must provide all the information needed for the health, accidents and safety talks that lead to health and safety †¢ Main contractor must ensure there are enough clean welfare facilities for their workers on the site Subcontractors – A subcontractor is a person who is made-up to follow an existing contract which is to carry out a piece or all of the coercion that he/she has given to do by the principle or general contractor. Subcontractors must be given a site introduction, to reduce the expenses or relieve the danger of something happening in the project. It is the local committee who are the local council of that particular borough or region who do the setting up consent as they work mostly on roads, highway and motorway protection which means they have to interchange traffic lights or block some lines of the motorway or roads, they have to do it in such a way to create it safer in the region and they also have to protect the surroundings areas of the region similarly if there is a waterway close by so just in case no other risky chemicals can go inside the waterway and cause to kill the nature or the wildlife. Local Authority must: †¢ Local Authority must planned that the work which is going to take place is not going to put others people around the region or the environment at risk †¢ Local Authority must make sure that the noise level is acceptable during the project †¢ Local Authority must be working in conditions with regard to health and safety are in place †¢ Local Authority must ensure that the project plan is safety proposition and is accepted and agreed by the local authority CDM – Construction Design Management Coordinator – CDM are there to make sure that the designers are alert of their own duties, to support the client pleasing his duties. Also making sure that the health & safety file is given over to the client and he holds keep of it. They are to progress setting up the project. They advise the clients on the ability with the needs of dealings and also to ensure that the designers, contractors, principle of the project and etc work with each other in the project, making sure everything goes according to how its need to be done. Here are sentences that suffer (in increasing order of significance) because they are each missing one or more words. 1. â€Å"The game was created by Jane Roe and John Doe, an actress and former ad man.† When one person, place, or thing is described with two or more words or phrases, the template is â€Å"a/an (blank) and (blank).† When two or more nouns are described in tandem, however, the respective descriptions must be separated not only by a conjunction but also by an additional indefinite article: â€Å"The game was created by Jane Roe and John Doe, an actress and a former ad man.† (Otherwise, the sentence reads as if only John Doe is being described as an actress and former ad man.) 2. â€Å"Polling shows that social issues such as abortion represent perhaps Obama’s best opportunity to draw support from Romney.† This sentence, as written, implies that depending on Barack Obama’s position on abortion, he could obtain the support of his Republican challenger for the US presidency a significant writing (and/or editing) faux pas triggered by the absence of a word that might at first glance seem redundant to from. However, the phrase â€Å"away from,† rather than from alone, correctly indicates that the support would be derived not from Romney but from ambivalent or undecided voters encouraged not to vote for him: â€Å"Polling shows that social issues such as abortion represent perhaps Obama’s best opportunity to draw support away from Romney.† 3. â€Å"Prosecutors in the trial of a hockey mom accused of sex with her son’s teenage teammates gave the boys alcohol.† Although these errors two, not just one, in this example are not as significant in terms of import as the one in the previous example, they are more detrimental to the parties involved. For one thing, the hockey mom, not the prosecutors, allegedly provided alcohol to the youths. Second, the article later details that the woman had sex with two boys on her son’s team, not with â€Å"her son’s teenage teammates† an error of scope that implies that she serviced the entire team. On the other hand, the posture bending forwards on the chair serves to hide the upper body, notably the breasts, and the naked feet pointing clumsily inwards suggest a childish awkwardness in front of the camera. The pose is modest, and yet revealing at the same time. This tension is reflected also in the silhouette that the human figure forms. Sitting in the middle of the picture, Marilyn Monroe appears to be slightly off-balance, as the eye is drawn by the outline of the dress from upper left to lower right. This too, makes the figure look insecure and in need of support. The male gaze finds therefore cause to feel both lustful and protective about the figure in the image, and this in nutshell describes the cultural value of the Marilyn Monroe â€Å"brand† in Hollywood cinema terms. The â€Å"look† which she offers the viewer is disarming and innocent, but there are many subconscious clues of a mature sexuality beneath the surface.
